The methodological approach used in the framework of the ECOWINERY project is organised around one awareness-raising module and five training modules. The awareness-raising module enable people to become aware of the need to consider environmental aspects when designing building dedicated to wine-production or to agriculture in general.
Environmental aspects, not only concerning sustainable development but also the economic facet, are highlighted. Good practice examples will be widely used and presented by eco-design stakeholders, in order to maximise the number of participants. Four awareness workshops (one in each partner country) have been organised by each ECOWINERY partner.
The 5 training modules goes over the methodology and the technique used for wineries eco-design in a didactic way, widely using actual case studies, fitted to the local wine-producing reality.
The pedagogical methods used enhances interactivity with the learners and they mix both lecturing and participative methods. The training is designed through a succession of different steps. First, the didactic approach has been chosen and approved for each training module, as well as the different objectives the learners would have to achieve. Then, each module and the evaluation of the acquired knowledge have been developed and specified by IFV, CERPTA, UAS and EIC. Finally, the last step includes the transposition and development of the resources posted on the project website, as well as the translation of the training content in English, Spanish and German.
At the end of this step, the 5 training modules content have been tested during more than 20 training sessions in France, Spain, Germany and Switzerland, to assess the synergy between the training and the target audience’s expectations. The training modules content has been constantly modified and improved, to seek an optimal quality.
